10th to the 13th September, 2010 at Worcester Racecourse 

SK8 and Play will be coming to the racecourse on the 11th September, 2010They will bring all the equipment so kids just need to turn up and have a go.  They will be there between 10am and 4pm.  There will be a donation bucket available and we ask that you give a donation for having a go. Thanks.


11th and 12th September 2010

Stalls with ranges of camping equipment; Bouncy castle and slides; face painting; test drives and new motorhomes on display; raffles and auction; refreshments and cafe; animal show; live entertainment and a mystery guest.

Minimum of £30 donation single gazebo sized plot, minimum of £50 donation double gazebo sized plot
Motorhome/caravan/car dealers:            Minimum £50 donation per vehicle
Camping for Motorhomes & Caravans:     Friday to Monday - minimum £15.00 donation.
                                                                   Facilities include toilets. No showers

Tickets must be purchased in advance by sending a self addressed envelope along with a cheque payable to: Ruby Crowther (minimum donation £15 per pitch), please include your address on the back of the cheque and send to:

Ticket cost
               £140.00 per team  (
Teams are to be made up of 4 people, so get together with friends, relatives 
                                  or work colleagues and represent your company).

Price includes
          Breakfast, 18 holes and a buffet
Buggies                 Buggies are for hire at £20 each (seats 2 people) these are on a first come basis so please                                     order and pay for at the same time as purchasing your tickets. 

There will also be golfing competitions spaced out around the day. i.e. a blind folded competition which means anyone can have a fair chance at winning whether you are a golfing pro or just play golf in your free time and are supporting a great cause. There will be competitions to take part in as a team and also separately for individual prizes. We will have a few guests on the day to meet you and you are sure to have a wonderful time while helping to change a great 4 year old girl’s life.
